DOEACC Society, Chandigarh Centre having its Branch Offices at Shimla, Lucknow and New Delhi invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts on term contract basis for a period of 5(Five) years extendible as per Centre's requirement.

1. Name of Position : Financial Controller (UR) - 1 Post

Age Limit : 50 Years

Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay 7600/-

A) Under Direct Recruitment

Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with CA/ICWA/CS/MBA (Finance) / SAS / JAO (Examination conducted by C&AG / CGA).

Experience : 12 years experience in respect of CA/ICWA/CS/MBA (Finance) qualified (15 years experience in respect of SAS/JAO qualified and conversant with commercial accounts) related to financial/accounts/budgetary control matters in Government, Autonomous Bodies or commercial organization / industry of repute out of which 7 years in supervisory responsible position (atleast 3 years in immediate lower scale of pay of Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay 6600/- or equivalent).

B) Under deputation

In case of deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/other Govt. Ogranization:

1) holding analogous post on regular basis, OR

having 5 years regular service in the scale of pay of Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- or equivalent, and having experience of working in Government, Autonomous Bodies or commercial organization/industry of repute and conversant with commercial accounts related to financial/accounts/budgetary control matters.

2) Possessing qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

2. Name of Position : Sr. Systems Analyst (UR) - 1 Post

Age Limit : 35 Years

Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay 6600/-

Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st Class B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / IT) / recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks with 5 years experience/ M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication / IT) with 3 years experience. Out of this at least three years experience should be in the just next lower or equivalent grade for those working in Govt./ Autonomous Bodies / PSUs in Public / Private sector OR Ph.D with 1 year experience.

3. Name of Position : Systems Analyst 4 Posts * (UR) -2 (OBC)-1 (SC)-1

*Out of these posts one post is reserved for OH persons with at least 40 % disability in any of two legs

Age Limit : 30 Years

Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay 5400/-

Essential Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/ IT) / recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks OR MCA/ DOEACC 'B' Level with 65% marks with 2 years experience OR M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / IT).

4. Name of Position : Jr. Programmer 7 Posts * (UR)-4 (OBC)-2 (SC)-1

*Out of these posts one post is reserved for OH persons with at least 40 % disability in any of two legs

Age Limit : 35 Years

Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) with Grade Pay 4200/-

Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science /Electronics & Communication / IT) or equivalent / DOEACC 'B' Level OR MCA with atleast 60% marks OR BCA with 5 years experience OR DOEACC 'A' Level (S/W) with 4 years experience.

Note: Candidates selected will be offered Contributory Provident Fund, Medical reimbursement, Gratuity and other allowances applicable for Society employees.
