having expertise in each the following areas on tenure basis for its Steel Plant:-

(1) BOF Plant / CCP

(2) Electrical & Mechanical maintenance

(3) Utilities, Water Supply and energy economy

(4) Land acquisition, statutory clearances, rehabilitation of persons, Liaison with State/Central Authorities, etc.
