Should have experience in administering Desktop, Laptops, Servers and Backup & Peripherals, installation and support of Windows Server 2003/XP etc. Should be able to troubleshoot on Applications, Operating System etc. Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Windows Terminal Server, ICA/RDB protocols, TCP/IP Networking knowledge, Network Infrastructure - Hardware, Software, Ethernet Cabling, Ports, IP addresses, NAT boxes, Imaging - Ghost or equivalent. Should have exposure to proposing and designing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex business / technical process requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills essential. Possesses ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems. Ability to deal with users at all levels in an organisation.
